Cash on delivery is available on select Indian pin-codes.

Shipping charges of ₹50 for COD orders

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Pune by our courier. Please allow following number of  days from receipt of your order.

For domestic – 5 to 14 business days.

Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. Ghar Soaps takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size , volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Order & Shipping Policy

  1. Quantity Restriction

    Customers may purchase a maximum of 5 units per SKU via the product page or cart.
     For quantities exceeding this limit, customers are required to place their order through the Bulk Order Page or contact us at sales@gharsoaps.in.

     

     

    High-Value Orders (Above ₹5,000)

    For orders exceeding ₹5,000, customers must contact us at sales@gharsoaps.in or place their order through the Bulk Order Page for further processing.

     

     

    Shipping Charges

    • Orders above ₹5,000 will incur applicable shipping charges, which must be borne by the customer.

    • To explore alternatives or avoid additional charges, customers can reach out to us at sales@gharsoaps.in or place their order via the Bulk Order Page.

    • Additionally, if the total shipment weight exceeds 6 kg, shipping charges will apply regardless of the order value.

     

     

    Free Gift Policy

    • Free gifts are applicable as per the defined offer criteria only.

    • In case multiple free gifts are applied due to technical errors, Ghar Soaps reserves the right to:

      • Limit the free gift to one per order as per the applicable offer, or

      • Cancel or refund the order, if required.

     

     

    Right to Cancel

    We reserve the right to hold, cancel, or refund any order that:

    • Exceeds the quantity limit,

    • Does not comply with order value or bulk order criteria, or

    • Is affected by technical errors or incorrect offer application.
